‍1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a session through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book a session.

‍2. Nature of Services
Sessions provided by Divine Light Coaching are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, outcome, or interpretation of any reading or session.

‍3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to book or participate in a session. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

‍4. Booking & Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking via our secure payment processor. Prices listed on this site are current at time of booking and may change for future sessions without affecting sessions already scheduled.

‍5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

‍6. Refund Policy
Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable. Cancellations made within the allowed notice window may be refunded or issued as credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

‍7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, with or without partial refund at our discretion.

‍8. Limitation of Liability
Divine Light Coaching is not liable for any decisions made by clients based on information provided during a session. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes resulting from use of our services.

‍9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and reading methodologies are the property of Divine Light Coaching and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

‍11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
